Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
The short version
Your files and text never leave your device. Every tool on MaiWebTools processes your content locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have any access to the images you convert or the text you paste. There are no accounts, so we hold no personal profiles.
What we don't collect
- The files you process with any tool — they are never uploaded.
- The text you type or paste into any tool — it never leaves your browser.
- Names, email addresses or accounts — the site has no signup.
What is collected
Analytics. We use standard web analytics to understand which tools are used and how the site performs (pages visited, approximate location by country, browser type, referring site). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (Google Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare) automatically log basic request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and operational purposes, under their own privacy policies.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising. Ad providers (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including personalized ads where you have consented. In regions with consent requirements (such as the EEA and UK), you will be shown a consent dialog and can decline personalized advertising. You can also opt out of personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com. Advertisers never have access to the files or text you process with the tools.
Cookies
The tools themselves work without cookies. Cookies may be set by analytics (to distinguish visits) and by advertising partners as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools will keep working.
Children's privacy
The site is a general-audience utility site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if a future tool did require server-side processing — this policy will be updated before that change takes effect, with the date above revised.
Contact
Questions about privacy? Reach us via the contact form.
Contact form data
When you use the contact form or a tool's report button, the message you write (and your email address, if you provide one) is emailed to the site operator so we can respond, and is not stored anywhere else or shared with anyone. Form submissions pass through basic anti-spam checks (such as rate limiting by IP address) operated on Cloudflare infrastructure.
